Overview

হিসাব খাতা (Hishab Khata) is a multi-tenant HR, attendance, payroll and finance platform built for small and medium businesses in Bangladesh. It is bilingual (English / বাংলা), mobile-first, and supports light and dark themes.

One app, three separate areas, each built for a different kind of user:

  • Dashboard: the management console where business owners and managers run day-to-day operations
  • Portal: employee self-service for attendance, leave and payslips
  • Platform: a console for the app owner to oversee every business, payments and activity

How access works

A new business signs up, gets a 14-day free trial, and is seeded with sensible defaults (shift, leave types, expense categories, income sources) so the account is never empty. After login, users are routed to the right area by role, and every area re-verifies the session on each page load instead of trusting the URL.
